We get it, sometimes things just don’t fit, feel or vibe the way you hoped. No stress.
Returns are easy, and we’ve made it as smooth as possible: you’ll receive a free return label and a refund for your item(s). Please note that the original shipping fee is not refunded. We do this to reduce unnecessary transport and keep things sustainable.

📦 Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and EU-compliant return process.


🛍️ 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Within this period, if you change your mind, you're entitled to return the item provided it meets the return conditions below.


✅ To Be Eligible for a Return

Your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a free return shipping label

  • You'll get instructions on how and where to send your package

 Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved:

  • You’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout will NOT be refunded

  • The cost of return shipping is covered by us

Need something else? The fastest way is to return the item, and once approved, place a new order separately.


🧾 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The same return conditions apply: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


❗ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
